Technical Team Competence:

The Technology Department of Hebei Grand has been serving the first-and second-tier brands at home and abroad, namely, VICUTU, GORNIA, HENDERSON, BENJAMIN, etc. The technical team consists of 100 employees, most of whom graduated from Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology, Hebei University of Science & Technology and other first-class clothing colleges and universities at home and abroad. We have hired a craftsman with 35 working experience in Italy's Ermenegildo Zegna to provide technical guidance for our staff for 3 years. All our main technical personnel have received professional training on Italian men's clothing production. Our technical team goes to Italy, Japan and South Korea twice a year for overseas research, to master international cutting-edge information and maintain a forward-looking thinking pattern and vision. The team has participated in the compilation of various clothing standard documents of China Textile Association for many times, and the standard formulation and textbook compilation for national vocational and technical qualification grades such as clothing pattern maker, cutter and sewing workers. Some books were incorporated into the intelligent management model textbooks by Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology.

Technical Equipment:

The research and development equipment uses gerber AccuMark for pattern making and CAD operation, and the value-added services use the big data of MTM system for personalized order management.
