4. Considerable knowledge of suit pattern and style, quality management standards and production process.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as aesthetic and innovation ability.
1. Completes quarterly pattern development and process design according to the design concept;
2. Responsible for the suit trial version, following up and checking the sample garment making and review, and involves in pattern debugging;
3. Involves in pattern confirmation and bulk goods production process technical guidance, etc.;
4. Knowledge of global fashion trend of suits and integrates the latest fashion elements into pattern design.
